1. Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the websites operated by OK Stone Engineering INC d.b.a. Radical Surfaces (“OK Stone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) located at https://italicusa.com and https://www.radicalsurfaces.com (collectively, the “Website”), which feature products marketed under the Italic brand or any other brand that may be used by the Company from time to time.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, regardless of whether you have read them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Website.
OK Stone reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Additionally, OK Stone reserves the right to add to, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website, its features, or content at any time, without notice or liability. These Terms of Use will continue to apply to any use of the Website, regardless of changes to its structure, content, or availability.
2. Use of Site Content
OK Stone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website for informational purposes and for interacting with OK Stone through features offered on the Website, such as submitting forms or using the visualization tool to preview how OK Stone products may look in a user’s space, such as a kitchen or bathroom, by embedding the products in user-uploaded images.
The Website may allow users to upload images or submit personal information through online forms or other interactive features. Images uploaded to the Website’s visualization tool (referred to as the “Visualizer”) may be stored temporarily and associated with a unique, anonymized identifier that could be used to maintain continuity between browsing sessions. This could allow users to return to the Website and access previously uploaded images without re-uploading.
Personally identifiable information is not collected unless voluntarily submitted through a form. While users are discouraged from uploading images containing personally identifiable information, should a user upload an image with such content, any identifying data is not extracted, analyzed, or retained separately by Radical Surfaces. Uploaded images are not reused, published, or displayed outside of the Visualizer and are accessible only to the specific user who uploaded them. They may be deleted at any time by the user or removed by the Company in the normal course of system management.
By submitting such images, you grant OK Stone a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display the content solely for the purpose of operating the Visualizer and improving your experience on the Website. This license does not extend to any commercial use or redistribution of your uploaded content.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any images or content submitted through the Website, and that such content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, documents, and product renderings (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of OK Stone or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
Submission of any information on the Website does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities. Any investment offering by OK Stone, if made, will be conducted solely through formal offering documents delivered in accordance with applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, trade names, product names, graphics, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website are the property of OK Stone or its affiliates, or are used with permission. You agree not to misuse the Website. This includes but is not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to systems; using automated tools for scraping data; uploading malicious code; or misrepresenting your identity.

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information you may provide through the Website. Use of the Website may involve services provided by third-party platforms or tools, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in our Privacy Policy, any content you voluntarily submit through the Website, excluding personally identifiable information and images uploaded via the Visualizer, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
For purposes of these Terms, “personally identifiable information” refers to information that identifies, or could reasonably be used to identify, an individual, such as a name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OK Stone shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website is to stop using it.
